Welcome to the PTP Gym Rental
 

If you would like to use our gym facility for training clients then please contact us to find out more. 

 

Wether you feel the current price you pay is too much or you would like a studio designed by personal trainers for personal trainers we have something too offer.

 

Rentals can be on an hour by hour basis or on a pre agreed monthly fee. 

 

The studio is also available for teaching classes such as boxercise, kick boxing, martial arts.

PTP Studio

 

Tips are to keep the weight in the heels, loading the posterior chain muscles (glutes aka the butt) keeping mid line stability (chest up, and lats engaged, lower back neutral) pushing the knees out keeping the knees in line with the toes. 

 

Back squats are a great exercise, to work on the squat movement patterning, once you have been cleared on a movement screen. 

Options are body weight, front squats or goblet squats holding a weight or kettlebell on the chest. Heels raised squats for people with a lack of ankle mobility.
